Pylos

A small seaside town, just 50 kilometers from Kalamata. Pylos, is a very beautiful and picturesque city of Messinia, with great popularity and a huge history.

Pylos has the largest natural port of the Peloponnese while its location is of infinite beauty as it is built amphitheatrically at the southern opening of the bay of Navarino, where the historic naval battle took place.

Full of natural attractions, wonderful beaches and neat tavernas and restaurants, Pylos is one of the most lively towns in Messinia.
