Petalidi

One of the most famous areas of Messinia as it is a huge attraction for visitors every year and not without reason. Petalidi, combines in a magical way mountain and sea, thus making the landscape immediately captivating. Just 18 kilometers from Kalamata, Petalidi has plenty of accommodation, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as unforgettable beaches.

With a long history behind it, it is considered that the city is built on the ancient Koroni as during excavations, remains from the wall of Epimelides were found.
